Anyone care to share?

What were they like, what did you do, how did you feel?

Tired, stayed in bed/relaxed, feeding. Felt sore and in pain. Surreal. Nice. Really nice to have a supportive partner to look after you all.

TIRED and in shock. Naive thinking I could put him down when he was sleeping!
It was also amazing and beautiful. Precious days.

Was in hospital for 7 days with my first. And 3 days with my second. They are a march and Feb baby respectively. But once home I was propped up on the sofa constantly feeding whil DH did nappy changes and supplied me with tea and food. Tbh first week was pretty much like this.

In hospital for seven and five days respectively. When we went home, I just felt ill and sort of unreal. (I was ill, though.) They were lovely babies, and astonishingly I knew what to do with them. I'd always been pretty useless with other people's kids. But I still remember how horrible it all felt.
