What can I get my friend for her birthday?

For about 30 quid.

Early 40s, three young children, Big Stressful Job, feeling exhausted like so many are after the last six months.

Wanted to get a massage voucher but everywhere is closed. I've done flowers to death. Don't want fancy bath stuff as bathroom being renovated and their home is not currently a sanctuary. No time for hobbies so nothing there.
