I’m the first to admit I was a total junk food eating Netflix watching slob for the majority of the first lockdown so this time I’d like to install a few healthier habits as it’s going to be harder mentally not being able to lay in the sun during lunch breaks/after work this time.
- Read a book in bed for 10 minutes each night instead of mindlessly scrolling the internet
- Try out some new recipes and get DP involved so he can improve his cooking skills and don’t order as many takeaways as last time
- Get out for a walk every day before it gets dark
- Do one body pump class a week with the weights I bought back in August and still haven’t opened
- Avoid spending money on random tat just as something to do
- Make more of an effort to have more sex!
