Hello, I've NC'd for this. This is for Scottish legal advice if possible 
I've been on Mumsnet for a long time.
I have worked in a relaxed retail environment. I was the manager of a popular high street shop but felt like I couldn't commit to my full time contract due to personal reasons. I asked my deputy manager to swap contracts so I could go part time. She agreed and this came into effect this week however we have signed nothing and our new contracts have not come through. I deeply regret my decision and want to ask my my old job back as I have not signed anything and have only done two days of my new job but I do not know the legalities of this? Im so unhappy in this new job
