Hello, bizarrely I can’t see info for the online or via online chat with Amazon!
A parcel was delivered (through letterbox, so not accepted as such). Our address but not our name, and we hadn’t ordered anything.
How do I get it back to Amazon?!
This has happened before with the same name and I have it to an Amazon driver. But that was fluke to see him!
I’ve looked online for the name to see if they are local, no luck.
