What can I make with...
A bag of freezer-burnt cassarole veg that I feel too guilty to ditch?
A large bag of raw cacao powder?
2 tins of evap milk?
Tinned chickpeas?
A sack of broken rice?
Post your cupboard oddments and let's try to help each other use them up

That does sound rather challenging! Are you hoping for a menu that includes all or most of them? Are the frozen veg really inedible? Maybe thaw and cook a small amount, try eating as a side, see if useable, if not, just chuck; no point wasting freezer space. I've never used raw cacao but I guess there are plenty of recipes online - why have you got it?
Evaporated milk, again I've never used, I have a feeling someone posted a recipe for flapjacks that includes it.
Chickpeas, no problem at all, use in curry, make falafel, in a dish with couscous, toasted and spiced as a snack, sauteed with cauliflower, lemon and garlic; I love them.
How does rice get broken? There are recipes if you Google.
With any luck you can do a chickpea and veg curry with broken rice, followed by a pudding using evaporated milk and cacao . . Grin

Assuming you also have spices, make the casserole and chickpeas into soup or a veggie casserole and serve over rice.

Heat the evaporated milk up with some water or regular milk. Mix the cacao powder with maple syrup, honey, or sugar, and which it all in, adding a tiny pinch of paprika or cayenne for a rich and creamy hot chocolate with a tiny kick to it.

Or if you have a blender/food processor, mix the cacao with cashew nuts, dates, a pinch of salt and coconut oil, and just keep mixing until it forms a smooth paste. At this point either spread it out flat in a tin, then mix more cacao powder with coconut oil and maple syrup to taste, then spread that as chocolate over the top, or else roll into balls, roll the balls in more cacao powder and you have home made nakd bar truffles.

If the veg casserole is at all salvageable defrost , add chickpeas and spices and chilli and make a curry with rice.

Pudding - choc rice pudding with evap milk and raw cacoa.

Thai veg curry in the slow cooker. Will use, veg rice, chick peas and evap milk. Not sure about the cacao. Perhaps protein balls?
