Had a nasty cold over a week ago (had a temp so did COVID test which was clear). As often happens to me it caused me a lot of sinus issues, sinus pain etc. Two days ago I started with the typical terrible headache behind one eye, teeth and temple. Woke up this morning with a swollen eye which is pretty typical. Horrible smells and gunk.
Normally when I get a sinus infection I get a high temp too then I get antibiotics (maybe once a year or so). But this time I have no temperature.
Can it be a sinus infection needing antibiotics without a raised temp? Don’t want to bother the GP or take antibiotics if it will just go on its own.
