How ols is he? Joanie clothing (on line shop) have a, dog print tshirt, it's for women but it's a casual fit so unisex imo. In fact I was thinking of maybe ordering my 12 yo son one. They give you specific measurements so you can't really go wrong and it's a charity tshirt for a dog charity

Oh and I bought the dog print dress for myself! 😂

Frugi quite often have dog designs. They have some nice striped tops with a collie on the front on their website.
