I am sincerely hoping for some help from someone more IT savvy than me. My live.co.uk email account has been locked. I can’t remember the password so have tried to reset. I have 2 step verification in place with my work email address and phone. All good, except the security settings on the work email account are not letting the codes through. Has anyone got any ideas what I can do now. I’m a little old school and want to talk to someone to help me but can’t find an option.
