Anyone sell on Etsy on here? I need help about a return

Someone's bought something off me which I made to order now she's saying it's not what she expected but it's exactly what she asked for!

I'm so annoyed & upset as this took me a week to make and I sold it for £90!! That's a lot of money to me.

Do I have to accept a return?

I sell on etsy and all my items have a disclaimer saying I will not accept returns on personalised items. I don't know how binding that is as, touch wood, no-one has ever asked to return anything.

I'm afraid I don't know the answer for you, but there is a help forum on the site. You might do better asking there.

Made to order/personalised items are exempt from return under the consumer contract regulations. The only instance you'd have to refund is if there was a clear fault with the item.

There are some good etsy seller forums on Facebook who might have more insight.
