Today I made cheese scones for the first time for my 22 month old and he loved them.

When I google for snack ideas sometime I get such complicated recipes, scones are so simple.

What other recipes like that have I not thought of?

I would like a slice of mini spanish omelette but not found a recipe yet. The real spanish omelette is a long cooking affair.
