What's your vibe, are you into slightly cheesy stuff?

LuckyAmy1986 · 02/11/2020 11:28

.. as that's all I can recommend Grin

actually DH and I started watching Queen's Gambit last night on Netflix, only one episode in but both of us very interested

QuestionableMouse · 02/11/2020 11:29

Leverage on Prime
Santa Clarita Diet on netflix
The Witcher on netflix

StrawberryPi · 02/11/2020 11:34

Crazy ex girlfriend on Netflix!

DoorbellsSleighbellsSchnitzel · 02/11/2020 11:38

Love Life on iPlayer is exactly what you need.

MintyCedric · 02/11/2020 11:38

Netflix
Schitts Creek - surprisingly sweet and funny
Dynasty - old school cheesy glamour and cracking one liners

Channel 4
Gogglebox
Bake off
Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist - bittersweet

Amazon Prime
Lucifer- funny and sexy with bit of an edge

BBC iPlayer
Strike: Lethal White - detective drama with the gorgeous Tom Burke 😉 - I think they might have the first 3 adaptations as well if you've not seen them.

Films
Sisters
Bad Mums and Bad Mums Christmas
Paul - or anything featuring Frost/Pegg
The Riot Club...grim but interesting and very well acted

Or...if you've got a Smart TV...stick on YouTube with a nice fireplace video (assuming you've not got a real one), nice scented candle and a book or audio book.

edin16 · 02/11/2020 11:39

Virgin river

MintyCedric · 02/11/2020 11:39

Oh forgot...Sex Education on Netflix if you've not already seen it.

DoorbellsSleighbellsSchnitzel · 02/11/2020 11:40

Or This Is Us on Amazon Prime if you've not already seen it (and if you have seen it, then the new season was released last week!)

edin16 · 02/11/2020 11:40

' Virgin river '
*on Netflix

S0upertrooper · 02/11/2020 11:47

Dead To Me on Netflix

Stealthynamechange · 02/11/2020 13:36

Thanks everyone :-)

I don't normally watch tv, so i always find it difficult to find something to watch! Last things i watched - emily in paris, selling sunset, good girls. Don't like gore, or anything too soppy (just reminds me im single!)

Thanks for all the recomendations - might start with love life :-)

I started watching crazy ex girlfriend on Netflix and it’s actually brilliant If you can see past the cheese!

HooolaHoop · 02/11/2020 15:09

If you haven’t already seen it, The Marvelous Mrs Maisel on Amazon Prime is brilliant.

HooolaHoop · 02/11/2020 15:10

Cobra Kai is another good watch, slightly cheesy but doesn’t take itself too seriously.

chrislilleyswig · 02/11/2020 15:17

Watch both series of Ghosts on iplayer. Will make you laugh and cry. And tasty men

Stealthynamechange · 02/11/2020 15:34

@w3dontdoduvets great pic - love it! Although one at a time as subtitles are a challenge!
Just starting my crazy ex girlfriend ...
