I thought it was 7pm when I woke up, no it's 7am!

I was leisurely doing things. Well that's out of the stable now

Does that mean that you fell asleep before 7pm yesterday and have slept for more than 12 hours? Or just that you were momentarily confused on waking? Either way, it sounds discombobulating,.
