Food hygiene certificate and insurance

To anyone who requires these for your business, caking making, catering etc.

Who did you use?

There are so many course online but I don't want to do one that isn't recognised!

And insurance... no idea where to start!

I did a food hygiene and safety course with my local college. It was a 1 day course with an exam at the end of the day. It was being offered free and came with an accredited certificate if you passed a few weeks later.

Definitely check with your local college to see if they run anything similar- mine often offer free courses.

I also got business insurance through Policy Bee.
