Anyone bought specs from Visions Express recently?

Had to replace my specs last week as mine are on the verge of falling to actual pieces. I'm so desperate for them to come. The assistant said they "are being told to say two weeks" but it likely wouldn't be that long.
Anyone with any recent experience? I'm SICK TO DEATH of pushing my specs up my nose!!

I had mine in a week I think, they were replacing a pair that I'd got in the post during lockdown because they were shut.

DS had his test Tuesday. They put them in the post Saturday. Hoping to get them Monday Tuesday.

Got fancy Mulberry ones but I was in a rush and they were the third pair I tried on. REALLY hoping I haven't inadvertently gone for a Dame Edma look :/

Son got his in just over a week (arrived Friday). They said 7-10 days.
