Any sexual health workers around? Genital warts

I'm in desperate need of some advice about genital warts please. I've been married for 6 years and almost certain I have them.

I am not a sexual health worker but genital warts can lay dormant for years, then come back, usually when you get rundown.

I had one when I was 19 then nothing until I was 33 and I went through a rough time with illness and stress. I had been single for a couple of years at that point so it definitely wasn't a new infection. So I wouldn't worry about it, unless you have other reasons for suspecting your partner has been unfaithful?

are you pregnant? they can be dormant and surface in pregnancy.

No, not pregnant, and didn't get them during 2 pregnancies.
