Sainsbury's delivery only showing a week

I have a Sainsbury's delivery booked for this week. I have a mid week pass. I thought it was supposed to release 3 weeks at a time. so I should be able to book the next two weeks, but when I logon it only shows this week. why can I not see week 2 & 3 , please?

This is what I can see. Only this week.
But it's supposed to show 3 weeks, like photo 2, isn't it?

Tesco only limited deliveries to one a week during last lockdown. That limit was lifted months ago

I have just 2 weeks worth of slots. Not shielding.

I checked waitrose, yesterday afternoon and despite being labelled as a priority customer by them was back to being restricted to 2 weeks. All fully booked, of course.

Have you tried Asda?

I have a reoccurring slot booked once a week and pay for a monthly pass which I think is what gives you the option to reoccur your slot weekly automatically.

There was plenty of availability in my area this morning.

I have already logged in and actually secured all of my usual weekly slots for the rest of the year qnd booked a Christmas week delivery too.

I have two weeks of slots available. There’s nothing available until next Sunday (8th) but the week after that has every slot available no probs.

I’ve just checked my sainsburys app and it’s showing slots for the next two weeks which has been the case for the last month or so - was only a week before that. Although the next week doesn’t have any slots available so I’m glad I already have that in. I have an anytime delivery pass, decided to go for that over the midweek one despite the extra cost because I was concerned that I might not be able to get a midweek slot if there was another lockdown.

I’ve got a Tesco delivery for the next three weeks and a Christmas slot at Waitrose. Don’t normally shop there but it’s there if I can’t get one from either Tesco or Asda, my usual supermarkets.

The app does only show a week. The Web site shows 2.

Online Tesco’s for my area most definatly only allow one per week and have done for months!

Lots of slots are getting booked up. Might not be showing as they are full, or could be a glitch.

Weird - also in the SE! Only allowed to book one per week - I only use the app though, maybe that’s why?

I’ve got a Sainsbury’s anytime delivery pass. On the app I can book a week in advance but on the website I can book the next 2 weeks. I think I’m restricted to one order a week.

@Time2change2 I only use the app as well , they obviously have got busier today with bookings as the first available now is late November whereas I booked my delivery for today yesterday evening as it was a last minute decision to get some extra loo rolls whilst they were on offer .

This is what it says on the website for delivery pass
Delivery Saver is our subscription-based delivery service, designed to help you reduce the cost of home deliveries for your grocery orders. Once you sign up, any orders you place via Tesco online will be delivered to your home or chosen delivery address, or through our Click+Collect service from your local store. You can do that once a day, every day, as long as your plan is valid
