Do you genuinely amaze yourself with how much you're able to consume in one day?? I've hoovered food up today and genuinely don't feel full yet 😂

I’m like that if I eat lots of simple carbs, I literally can’t fill myself.
One day recently I overate by 800 calories -that’s nearly a half day of calories extra! Blush I did log it all on My Fitness Pal too lol. On days like that I find myself in bed thinking ‘I hope I don’t die suddenly and need an autopsy’. Imagine the report -the deceased appeared to have a quantity of crisps, wagon wheels and chocolate digestives in her stomach 😂

Erm...ok! Are you a greedy bastard 'gorging on creamy curries' type or a 'I can eat and eat and eat but never put weight on' type?

If it's the latter, fuck off Grin

@Didntgetmydiamondring hahahahah that's hilarious!! imagine!
If they did an autopsy me tonight, they'd find pizza, toast, and chips!!
I have days where it doesn't even touch the sides!
@purrswhileheeats NOOOOOOO definitely not the latter! i'm a size 12
I have nobody to blame for being a greedy bastard except me - I'm not one of those who cry about being big and say they only eat a salad a day ! I know exactly how much I eat - I do go to the gym 3 times a week though but at the moment that's only currently to maintain!!
