Best balance bike for 2yr old?

We bought our son a bing one. Aldi £30. Not sure if it's any good though.

Islabikes Rothan - not cheap but great design and light. Plus good resale value. Our three year old went from a Rothan to a pedal bike (Islabikes CNOC) in 24 hours (no stabilisers required).

My DD had a velo junior and loved it. When we went out with friends there kids prefered DDs bike as it was smaller and easier to get the hang of. She has now moved on to a littlebigbike.
