Do you own a toast rack?

I do. It is wonderful. My mum gave me it last week, and I've just used it this morning for the first time. It's an M&S china harvest pattern one.

I love it. I love it so much. I just put it on the table with the butter dish and fire toast straight in to it, and they can all butter their own, and for a few brief seconds I inexplicably felt as though I was winning at life and adulthood, with my toast rack and my scrambled eggs and all. Like an old vintage ad for breakfast cereal or something.

I love my toast rack.

Devilled kidneys I think are just pan fried in paprika, but if you really want to channel an Agatha Christie novel Kedgeree is the way to go!

@Prunekeith

Yes, plain silver here too. Stops soggy toast Brew
They look nice but I prefer my toast soggy, buttered immediately. We use one as a letter rack.
