Does anyone know how you can access details of driving test routes please? Not sure if a website I found is a scam

So dd's test is in 3 weeks and she can't fit any lessons in with her instuctor prior to then (due to new job). I was hoping to drive her around the test routes myself.

Found this website www.drivingtesttips.biz but don't know if it is legit. Could risk paying £9.99 for the test routes, but wouldn't necessarily want to risk downloading anything for them until I know they are kosher.

Looked them up on Trustpilot and no data

Any advice please? Anyone found a reliable website for test routes?

The test route will be on the roads near to the test centre on a variety of road types where possible - residential, past busy areas with schools, shops etc and faster dual carriageway roads.

If she's nearly ready to take her test, her driving instructor should have already taken her round these roads several times.

This suggests that the routes are varied anyway, to avoid familiarity and clogging the relevant roads with learner drivers.

This also gives good reasons why its a bad idea to try and learn the routes.

Take her out to practice, yes, but don't try and get her to remember several routes in case she gets taken on one of them during her test.

They make the route as they go, depending on getting the correct road or traffic events.

It's normally in the test centre area.

I found the local driving test routes online without having to pay. Some of them were out of date, as the centre had moved, but most were still valid.

We covered them all anyway, for experience. My dc was able to correct some flaws in their driving that became apparent just through driving these routes.

If I look up 'driving test routes local town', I can see my local driving test routes.

omega3 - thanks I've used precisely those search terms and come up with a free resource
barbaraofseville every other learner will be practising these test routes with their instructor exhaustively. Yes, dd has done them all with her instructor previously - but her test is on the 21 November and she is going to struggle to fit in a single lesson between now and then. Therefore if I don't take her on these routes she will be significantly disadvantaged - in confidence if nothing else

I guess she won't be having her driving test on the 21st now!
