How many cups of tea do you drink a day?

I used to drink between 5 or 6..now I'm down to 3.. 4 on a bad day!

1 first thing, 1 before I start teaching and one during my morning break.

When not at work, it's 2 first thing and another mid morning if I'm home.

Never after 11am.

Around 9 or 10 mugs of tea during the day. In the evening I switch to golden milk because it helps me sleep. (hot milk whisked up with turmeric, cardamom and cinnamon)

Two or three big mugs (very occasionally four). And a mint or camomile at bedtime. I take sugar so try not to have more.

Depends what I'm doing. If I'm home all day probably 5, if I'm out and about 1 or 2. I have the bladder capacity of a small child which is somewhat inconvenient when it comes to tea drinking.
