Conditioner for frizzy hair

There was a thread (I think in chat) a few weeks ago that I now can't find. Someone who's hair was getting frizzier heading towards menopause age, and lots of people recommended using the same thing. I meant to take a note of it, but forgot and I really want to try it. Can anyone remember what it was? Or any guesses?

Garnier Hair Food. It's great stuff.

Thanks. It wasn't that that was mentioned. It was something with keratin

Was that the OGX one? I use a Kerastase keratin masque at the moment, but remember seeing OGX recommended and thought I will give that a go when I run out.

Tresemme is good, i wet my hair then leave it on. Combing it through makes mine very curly as opposed to frizzy.

Bin off sulphites and silicones, get a protein treatment and a very moisturising conditioner. Google curly girl method even if you have straightish hair
