Best family meals, so bloody bored of cooking/deciding

I'm sure this has been done to death.

I'm single, and have a 3 and 5 yr old. Seperated when youngest was a baby. So it's been all on me, and I'm just so done with having to think about what to buy, cook and eat every bloody day. Evening meals in particular.

We've just had chicken goujons chips and corn on the cob because I just can't be arsed. Almost went to mcdonalds but the 3 yr old needed an emergency poo. (Nothing wrong with the meal or the McDonald's , I'm just all out of ideas and motivation)

So, what are your favourite family meals?

Preferably quick and easy to cook. I can cook, just .....done . I feel like an empty bloody she'll when it comes to this stuff.

You should try gousto boxes. A two person box would feed you and two kids maybe with leftovers for lunch depending on how big an eater you are.

I love cooking but am very busy(7 kids and a business to run) so these are a life saver for meSmile

A tip for salmon OP - my DC like it a lot more with a “sauce” made of pesto and creme fraiche/cream mixed together.

Quesadillas are quick:
Tortilla wraps
Cheese
Chopped Veg of choice for filling - spinach, mushroom, peppers, olives, onion, courgette
Optional meat- ham, chicken pieces, prawn, bacon etc
Put one wrap into a large frying pan. Scatter ingredients of choice around the base, leave a small gap around the edge.
Place another tortilla on top. Cook until the base is toasted. Using a fish slice flip the tortilla sandwich over and cook until the underside is toasted.
Cut into wedges and serve with some salad.
