Argh! Help me salvage dinner!

Made this but used a roasting bit of meat (couldnt get another) so have ballsed up there because now it’s just dry meat in a sauce that’s just not as rich and delicious as I’d hoped.

I need to finish it in half an hour then go out and reheat tonight

How can I save it and make it more or even a bit delicious?!

Can you not add tin of chopped toms, a beef stock cube, glug of red wine, garlic , herbs, celery, carrot, simmer for half an hour use 1 tsp ofcornflour to thicken if necessary.
