Chickenpox advice

If the spots dd has on her tummy and back are chickenpox, how quickly will they come out?

A warm bath often brings them out. They usually take a day or so to be fully covered.

Within about 24 hours we found they were pretty much coming out.

And when they do Poxclin is wonderfully soothing. DD (9 months at the time) and I came down with chicken pox at the same time and this stuff was great. Not messy and easy to apply as it's a mousse.
