I'm such a mess. About 5 foot 7 ish weigh 62 kilos, look alright in clothes but dear God , look like shite in my underwear. Cellulite everywhere, What can I do?
Can't get to a gym but dh has a couple of kettlebells which I would have no idea what to do with. Willing to try anything, or
Is this it now I've hit 50?

Joe Wicks kettlebells on Youtube!

Should I lean out a bit more too? This is the heaviest I have ever been.

I’m about your height and weight - I used to be leaner so I know what you mean, but you must be about a size 8-10, so there’s prob not a lot to lose.

Maybe best to build some muscle, I lost weight a while back due to illness, and was back down at 56kg - and had loads of cellulite! I’ve been going to the gym a a lot since and put on a lot of muscle and the cellulite has really shifted

Height and weight is fine. You need to walk and walk to get your body moving and get lean muscle.

I don’t think you need kettlebells really, you just need to do body weight exercises and move.

Also, body brush. Morning and night. Drink water. It will go.

BashfulClam · 27/10/2020 17:36

Dry body brushing really helps. Even when I was very slim I had cellulite it’s hormonal I think no as my my mum was the same and I also have terrible circulation. After three weeks of daily brushing there was definite improvement.

I don't drive so I walk everywhere and live in a town house with nearly 60 stairs, trust me I don't sit on my arse every day.
I obviously do need something more targeted though.

I am same height and weight and a competitive power lifter and very toned and muscles and I still have a tonne of cellulite. I have also been seriously underweight and still had it! Got seriously underweight dieting myself to anorexia because I hated my legs.

My mum is really slim and also has loads so I think it’s genetic. I have tried literally everything and nothing works. I just don’t wear short things. I have made peace with it somewhat now but I still feel hard done by when I see fatter people than me with none/less and also everyone, no matter how big, is airbrushed smooth in the media.

I'll have to give the body brushing a go too, if it's hormonal it isn't surprising that it's hit when I'm heading for menopause presumably.
