It says to keep frozen but not whether you cook from frozen or defrost first. Does anyone know?

It'll be fine to cook from frozen. Give it 30 minutes at 180 degrees to start with, then whack it up to 200 degrees for another 15 minutes to crisp up the top.

This isn't based on Aldi's one in particular, but the many I've cooked from frozen over the years.
