Self isolating half term ideas

We are self isolating and it’s half term (and we are tier 3). Any ideas for things to do together to vary it a bit from constant video games? Am quite liberal with screen time usually but there is a limit! DC are tweens.

I’m off work too and usually we would travel and catch up with far flung friends and family so am feeling a bit blue and like I’d like to make the most of the week and not let it slip away wasted.

We are doing a board game every evening, and watching the Fresh Prince of Bel Air at bedtime.

Any solidarity or suggestions welcome!

We are also self isolating over half term to feel your pain. I was off but now working a couple of mornings as I work from home. Mine are 5 and 9 so probably slightly younger .
We are doing a mini party/picnic lunch tomorrow as it's my birthday.
Going to carve pumpkins either Thurs or Friday.
Sat we are going to have a mini Halloween party and kids are going to pretend to trick or treat at the back door in their costumes. Also got some halloween crafts from baker ross to do.

We are making the Christmas cake today - but not possible if you dont have a well stocked baking cupboard!

Pumpkin carving (you are going to need a tesco order for all my ideas - weve only got one child stuck at home, so I've done a tesco run), homemade Halloween decorations.

Its going to be a slow week!

We are not isolating but on tight restrictions. So baking today. I've been falling in love with my label maker Grin and decluttering everything I can. Dh is DIYing.

We are decorating pumpkins and I bought craft packs so I can sneak off to watch some Netflix or a hot bath. Have a book I want to read too. Mary Poppins I am not

I’m going to do some gardening too, but also trying to find things to do with the kids.
