Just cleaned out my kitchen cupboards and I've chucked everything that's out of date and still have about 10 kilos of mixed pulses, pasta and grains! Plus the usual beans, sweetcorn etc, loads of tuna and other tinned fish.
I'm planning to religiously meal plan for the next few weeks to run my surplus down, does anyone have any good store cupboard type recipes? I'm already all over the "cheat recipes" thread in Classics, so am also mining that for ideas.
