Just had an interview confirmed at Aldi next week. I'm completely flexible with hours I can work, physically fit and under no illusions as to how hard the employees work, plus a positive outlook and not afraid to graft.
Any Aldi employees out there offer any advice on the interview process? I love Aldi and I know I can do this job. But competition will be tough in the current climate. And I'm from an admin background going (hopefully, everything crossed) into retail. Genuinely thankful if there's anyone out with advice/tips/reassurance I have what they're looking for, thanks
