I’m trying to track down the recipe that I think was from the back of a Bird’s Eye Artic Roll packet that was a family favourite in the 70’s. Bird’s Eye were unable to help.
From memory the Artic Roll was cut into 4-6 slices, an orange segment placed between each slice, sliced bananas were then sprinkled over and the whole thing covered in what resembled a cold zabaglione made from egg yolks and caster sugar and in our house Cointreau I think. Has anyone or their Mum got the original recipe. Long shot I know........
