What are London Attractions like?

I want to take the kids into a London for the day. Thinking either London Eye or Madame Tussaud’s. I wondered if anyone had been table either?
Do you get a pod to yourself on London Eye?
How busy was Madame Tussaud’s?
Any better ideas?

Madame Tussaud's was utterly boring, albeit that I have a great photo of husband with Boris Johnson. London Eye is quite a brief experience and you share with say 10 other people. Best value for money and the most highly entertaining is definitely London Dungeon.

Yes I agree Madame Tussauds a bit overrated.
