I watched this when it was released as a student. Watching it now as a mother of adult sons I see it so differently.

Well, the misogyny was always pretty obvious.

That's the trouble with growing up. I listened to Diana Ross' Chain Reaction. I loved the music as a kid thought she was singing about being confident in love because of the video.. Heard it as a 40 something a few years and OMFG I was so shocked 😲😲😲😂
