Have you already put up your halloween decoration and made crafts?

House is decorated but still got some crafts to do next half term week. Don't normally decorate the house but lack of trick or treating pushed me to make it special for dd

Probably won't do craft..but will get Dec's up soon!

We have put our decs up for the kids and I may have attempted to crochet some cute ghosts but I’m not very good

Yes. I have Halloween cushion covers. A mini indoor pumpkin patch etc. Havent done any crafts but we are going to enter a few online pumpkin competitions

I’ve got pumpkin lights for the bedroom and we’ve got Halloween ducks for the living room.

What type of decorations did you do? Did you go all out?

No. We don't really decorate for Halloween anyway, but will stick some things in the window next week. Will probably make some crafts next week just for something to do with DC and carve a pumpkin.

Is this a new thing decorating a week before Halloween ?

Think people are doing more of it this year for obvious reasons. There's a fantastic giant spider on someone's garage door I drove past the other day.

Yep the kids wanted to do it and it brightens up the house. More autumn the moment, pumpkins / wreaths. Halloween stuff will go up this weekend.

There is a Halloween trail locally that has been organised so we can take the kids out to look at the decorations instead of trick or treating.

Haha, we did ours start of week (to be fair, its because DC is spending half term week, thus the build up to halloween at his dads)
We go proper OTT. I love halloween and autumn.

We even have a projector that we put on at night.

I have scary things in the upstairs windows, things hanging up outside, the dining room is decorated.

Dc has been having themed foods & little bits (drinks in halloween glasses, chocolate covered apples, halloween bath bomb etc)

Ive made a pumpkin into a vase... did an autumn wreath a couple of weeks ago (none halloween related)...

People probably think we are actually crazy. I should imagine our house is getting called all sorts of things... havent seen any other houses really dressed, a couple up the road with Halloween themed stickers in window, but haven't seen any on school run.

Its the only time I wish we lived on a busier road.. all that effort and not many people see it.

I'm sure the neighbours think I've lost the plot
