Fuck fuck fuck. I was 10st 11 at the beginning of lockdown and felt like that was too big! My size 14s are groaning and I feel gross.

I'm planning to cut my carbs, plus cut out as much sugar as possible. Have downloaded the couch to 5k app. Any other tips from people a similar weight, which has actually worked?!

I've lost over 30 pounds since beginning of August. Along with cutting carbs I'd try and do some intermittent fasting. I have my evening meal and then don't eat again until lunch the following day. That way you keep insulin low and can be burning fat.

My weight is on my belly and I hate it! I'm 5'2" and 11st 8 with a 34" waist. I'm slowly losing weight though, simply by snacking less and eating smaller portions. The reason I'm doing that is that I want to be able to keep it up; if I make drastic changes and cut right back on the calories and ban myself from eating chocolate then I'll never stick to it. I've lost 6lb in about 4 weeks.

I’ve lost over 5 stone over the past year...

Calorie counting is damn effective. Use myfitnesspal.

Couch to 5K is great, but maybe not a great time of year to start it. Dark evenings, rain, etc. Might be hard to stick with it.

I used Noom for the first few months - it was great at motivation and education. Maybe worth looking into.
