What's wrong with my waterworks?

I'm having a pretty horrendous withdrawal bleed after stopping the pill.

In addition, my entire urinary system feels swollen, tender/inflamed and I'm having bad (non-womb) lower abdo pains (no back pain). My stomach is v bloated. I'm veering between hot and clammy. However I don't have any pain/burning on urination and I'm peeing as normal. Can you have a UTI without pain on weeing? I've never knowingly had a UTI so have no knowledge of them.

Any ideas?

Yes you can. Do you have a temperature? Can you drink plenty of fluids? Water or herbal tea preferay, avoid alcohol, caffeine and anything with sugar as it feeds the bacteria.

Yes, and it's with those symptoms could turn into a kidney infection. Drink alot of water and take some paracetamol/ibuprofen and then get to the Dr tomorrow with a urine sample ready.

Have been like this since yesterday, took a day's holiday today as didn't feel wellnenough to go to work. DP has been urging me to contact GP but I stubbornly thought I could just grit my teeth and take painkillers.

Will ring them in the morning about dropping a sample off.
