I have to travel to Glasgow for 2 nights next week. It is for something totally unavoidable and I cannot get out of it so I am going! It’s an 8/9 hour drive from my house and it’ll just be me going. I have booked a hotel for the 2 nights as it is too far to drive in one day. I obviously know everything is closed in Glasgow and that this has been extended but now I’m panicking about what I’ll do for food. I have had a quick read of the rules but just to clarify, is anywhere like Nando’s open or is any place that serves food closed? Same for a coffee shop, are they closed as well? I’ll be in Glasgow town centre.
And again, I can’t get out of the thing I am going to so not going is not an option. I don’t mind billing a supermarket and getting some bits but won’t have any cooking facilities as it’s just a premier inn/travel lodge type. They’ve already emailed to say their restaurant is closed so that’s not an option.
Thanks
