I am feeling a little down at the moment. I think it’s the shorter days and I am missing friends and family loads. I do things to look after myself. I have the calm app, I keep a gratitude journal, I walk and do yoga. I am very lucky in that I have a wonderful husband and children but I can feel something niggling. I don’t feel like my usual self. I would like a book to get my head into.

I'm currently dipping in to The Wellfulness Project:

It's a lovely looking book that feels like a treat in itself. It has sections on Food, Body, Space, Ritual and Mind. Not too esoteric, with suggestions big and small. A really useful bibliography for further reading if any area particularly resonates with you. It's just nice.
