Halloween outdoor decor ideas please!

Sorry if it's been done but I want to decorate the house for the first time (usually just do a pumpkin) for the neighbourhood children doing a pumpkin trail. Please send ideas, cheap to buy or DIY (we have lots of DIY materials so happy to make something fairly simple). Thank you!

I've cut eye shapes out of kitchen roll centres, I plan to put glow sticks in and hide them in our bushes so they look like glowing eyes.

I love that idea, we have no plants as landscaping at the mo but have a perfect place for them!

How about these? You draw faces on a plastic milk bottle with black marker and then put a glow stick inside. Simple, but should be effective!
