London eye multi attraction ticket - advice?

Hi just wondering if anyone can answer this. I would like to buy a combo ticket through London Eye website to visit that Madame Tussaud's. But I really want to visit Madame Tussaud's in the morning and do London Eye late afternoon... I am just a bit worried that if i go ahead and book the London Eye slot which you have to do to buy the ticket, I will then only be able to book Madame Tussaud's for a time after that? The FAQs don't answer my question, does anyone know??!!! Sorry that was waffly for such a boring question!

I booked a joint ticket with a different attraction via a third party website. Then went to the London eye website to book a a slot of that for the afternoon. Maybe you could buy a joint ticket from Madame T and do it the other way round?
