Anyone else feel depressed, irritable and anxious during ovulation?

I’ve noticed it with PMS which is well known and common universally but never before with ovulation. Ovulation was a mentally positive time but for the last few months, I seem to feel irritable, teary and depressed during ovulation like clockwork. No other reason during that time to cause it.

Anyone else experienced similar? Any tips/remedies?

Just after ovulation for me, about 10 days before my period. Lethargic, irritable. It passes after a day or two then 5 days later, the pre-menstrual brewing happens.

With less structure to life this year, I've had a lot less external distraction from the hormonal state of my moods, so they've felt more amplified.

I was on the pill for years and came off it about 18 months ago. Over the last few months I've noticed that my mood is awful during ovulation time. I've also started getting period type pain mid cycle which is how I know I'm ovulating. No tips I'm afraid but just commented as it's a problem for me too.
