Have a really upset stomach, rushing to toilet every 10 minutes, the pain in my stomach is unreal. Haven't ate anything unusual. What miraculous thing can I do to help this? Have no bananas or flat cola. Have taken 2 buscopan and saying a prayer it works 🤣

Sorry to bring COVID into the thread but also look out for other COVID symptoms as for some people it starts as gastro issues...

You just need to let it pass... literally. Keep hydrated.

BRAT - bananas, rice, apples, toast - are supposed to be the best things to eat and do try to keep eating

I felt like this when I had norovirus. Bloody painful!

When my eldest had COVID-19 it started like this.

@AHintOfStyle ohh fingers crossed it's not covid! What other symptoms did they have? Was it the typical listed symptoms? Or was it just the upset stomach etc? So I know what to look out for

She had your issues plus what we would have, at any other time, assumed to be a very heavy cold with nosebleeds and a cough and lack of taste.

She shared and I had a short but more 'standard' version although with no cough.

Youngest one had a day of fever, dizziness and sleeping.

Husband had a cough for a couple of days max and a sore neck.
