DP and I recently bought a house, and I'd like to apply for a small-ish loan to get some work done sooner rather than later now a few issues have cropped up, no issue with affording repayments just can't front the expected work in one go! The problem is a question in the application
Are you a Homeowner with or without a mortgage?
I am named on the deeds for the house, but our mortgage is in DPs name, not mine, so how do I answer this question?
