Baking brownies - advice please

I’m baking brownies but I can’t find my proper baking tin. I have a silicon square tin but I used it for a cake which fell apart! I also have a Pyrex square dish. Which one would be best please? Thank you. :)

Never tried in Pyrex but I have baked brownie plenty of times in heavy duty silicon- always works well for me Smile

According to Girl Guiding regulations, you need a risk assesment and an Information and Consent form signed by parents before baking Brownies, Rainbows or Guides Grin

Tut tut, none of this risk assessment nonsense in my day. We just put every girl in the oven and they were fine! Wink

Thank you, kindly.
I’m making them a bit later so I’ll let you know how it goes.

pyrex lined with greaseproof. I used this myself last week and can attest for the brownies coming out pretty spot on!
