8 year old boy

Can you all share what your 8 year old boys like doing? And also, how are they when they get beaten, ie at fortnite or board games. I'm concerned my 8 year old's behaviour may be abnormal. He storms off if he loses a game, and slams doors, shouldn't this have stopped by now? Also, what kind of programmes do they watch on TV, mine has reverted back to baby stuff?

My 8yr old is over emotional, hits and tantrums, screams when he can't get his own way etc. He watched CBBC mostly. No YouTube allowed. I think it's that age where they still want to be babied but also want to grow up and be more independent so lots of conflict at times.

An 8yo is too young to play Fortnite.
Tantrums still fairly normal at 8, but many children can't handle how Fortnite makes them.feel.
