SAD lamp recommendations

Hi

I suffer from depression and have done for years, it gets particularly bad in the winter due to lack of sunlight/vitamin D. I was thinking about trying a sad lamp, has anyone got any recommendations? I’ve seen the alarm clock ones that look good but aren’t cheap, so any reviews on those would be helpful. Thanks :)

I just bought a special bulb and it goes in my normal lamp. I think it works for me. I also have a lamp that mimics sunrise and sunset. Although that's a normal bulb.

I've got Beurer and Lumie ones, I'd say Lumie feel brighter and Beurer better quality.

Have just got a Beurer WL50 wake up light that I really like, but the wake up ones don't have the brightness of the proper sad lamps so I have one (three...) of those too.

I bought my wake up one with the impression that it had a sad light bulb in it. It does not, it's just the impression of sunrise.
