Looking for an alternative to AirPods. No way am I paying over £150 for a pair of earphones.

Can anyone suggest the names of good wireless earphones? Audio needs to be loud and clear - I like my music loud!

The skinny dip ones are good and a lot cheaper than AirPods, same sort of design

I've been completely put of wireless earphones as it's easy to hack

I recently bought a pair of AfterShokz and am really happy with them.

They're bone conduction earphones so they don't sit in your ears meaning that you can still hear your surroundings. I like them for running as I can listen to music but be aware of cars etc.

Another vote for aftershokzs.

Anker ones from Amazon have been great for me and a fraction of the price of aftershokzs etc. I use them round the house and out running.

I like Jaybird X4. Good audio quality and fairly secure when running... only a bit of slipping when I'm really sweaty.

I have aftershokz for running and airpods for other occasions. I don't particularly rate either actually (both were gifts) although I do use the AirPods a lot. It really depends on the shape of your ear and they just don't sit comfortably in mine and often fall out. I wouldn't have bought them myself.

See if you can try a few out (hard at the moment though) or match the shape of a wired pair you like, I have found it difficult to find any that I'm really happy with and I tried two cheaper brands before the ones above as well.

I have AirPods and for me they were well worth the money. I bought my DS a copycat pair for about £30 and they are very good. They feel a bit more flimsy - the quality isn’t quite a large good but they are fine for what he used them for.
