Help me clean up

The house is a terrible mess and dirty, feeling very overwhelmed by it all and don't know where to start
I have 3 hours this afternoon but have been working 6 days a week and with the kids and everything I don't know what to do.

All dishes are washed up and clothes are clean as I do that during the week but the rest of the house is bad 😢

I'm bad at organising this stuff. I know there's some super fly ladies on here
Where should I start? 😢

I never leave a room empty handed, whether it's a mug or a pair of shoes, it really helps. Today, choose one corner and spend half an hour on it. Have a break for 10 minutes then another half hour. I've found breaking it down into small chunks makes it less overwhelming.

Do one room. Which room would benefit you most to have clean and in some sort of order?

Go now and find a work surface in your kitchen. If it’s got stuff on it, deal with each item, bin it, recycle it, tidy it away, then antibacterial wipe that work surface.
Then find another work surface, same thing..
Then put recycling bags and rubbish bags outside in the right bins.
Then have a brew.

Start with what's annoying you the most. Mine was my bathroom needing a deep clean. I have done it today in stages and now it's done - feels good. Going to tackle ds1 bedroom now.

If you can't keep up get a cleaner. And declutter. And keep less of everything. Less books, less clothes, less toys. Just less. Look at the big picture as to why It's messy. How can you work six days and spend your one day off doing lots of housework.
