Pork belly slices - how to cook them?

So I've picked up some pork belly for a change, in slices, only from the supermarket. Anyone got any tips on how to cook them so they're nice and crispy but melt in the mouth delicious?? Don't usually do pork for a sunday roast but chicken is getting boring and I've gone off red meat! Thanks

Slowely in the oven at least a couple of hours on low. Take foil off toward the end and they will crisp up

Lots of salt on the rind to help it crackle, put them in a hot oven for about 15 mins until the rind starts to bubble then turn down low and leave for a at least two hours.

I will also grill belly pork slices if I'm pushed for time and they're still delicious.

Thanks for the tips. Blasted them for 20 mins then reduced heat for a couple of hours, they were lovely 👍🏻
